● The Haagen Dazs Online Store is Haagen Dazs' online marketplace, where you can browse product information for our entire line of products and make purchases online. The Haagen Dazs Corporate website does not provide online purchasing services.

Delivery Fee
● Beijing: Free delivery to addresses within three kilometers of the store.
● Shanghai: Free delivery within the Inner Ring Road; between the Inner and Outer Ring Roads, a uniform 20 RMB charge will be assessed.
● Guangzhou: Free delivery to address within three kilometers of the store in Yue Xiu and Tian He Districts.
● Other cities: Free delivery to addresses within three kilometers of the store.
● For deliveries to areas in the above cities that were not mentioned, please inquire at +8621 34601067.
Delivery requirement
● Your orders can only be delivered if they are for RMB 150 or more.
How to order
● After successfully registering, the purchasing process can be begun by pressing the “Add to My Shopping Cart” button on the product page. While browsing products, the products in your shopping cart can be viewed at any time by pressing the “My Order” button in the upper left corner.
Volume Purchases

Delivery Times
● Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen --- Products will be delivered 3 days after ordering.
● Suzhou, Nanjing, Changzhou --- Products will be delivered 5 days after ordering.
● Ningbo, Hangzhou, Wenzhou --- Products will be delivered 7 days after ordering.
● Wuhan, Changsha, Tianjin, Xi'an, Chengdu, Shenyang,Fuzhou --- Products will be delivered 10 days after ordering.
● Qingdao --- Products will be delivered 12 days after ordering.
Possible reasons for non-delivery of products after the specified delivery date
1) If the delivery date has passed and products have not yet been delivered, the reasons for this possibly include:
● Your delivery address was written incorrectly;
● At the time of delivery the receiver of the goods was not able to be contacted;
● During transport avoidable complications delayed the shipment.

Because banking regulations differ from region to region, before paying online you should call a local bank and inquire as to whether they provide a card that supports online payment and what procedures for opening an account exist.
Product Returns
